Description Known as the world's smallest post office (6 feet by 5 1/2 feet), this P.O. is certainly the smallest in the U.S. It was established by Thomas and Helena Grimshawe in 1878 in Whiteside Cove. Masa's photo shows postmaster W. C. Alexander handing Judge W. C. Bennett a letter in 1925.
